Virtual Fridge Magnets! These are so cool! From an English teacher in the UK, this is a fun, engaging, alternative way to build sentences, work on parts of speech and so many other things! This is a great tool for your interactive whiteboard and could also work well w/out an interactive whiteboard, using individual computers, AND, it’s free! Nice tool and contribution to education XML Education! CHECK THESE OUT!
Visual Simulations: Another set of really cool (FREE) tools for use with or without your interactive whiteboard. This site does require you to register with your name/email, but then you have access to the free software. There are several pieces of software available, but the one that particularly caught my interest is the Audioboard Oscilloscope!
